Retrieving Historical Data

1. The first time you use your software there is some initial set up.
2. Under the Edit menu, click and drag to Settings and then slide to Historical Download. The default setting is 250 points. (Points usually represent an hour). Change this to 500. Make sure that there is an x in the Enabled box.

   

3. Before looking at any data, we need to get the data from some of the weather stations. For our purposes today, we are going to acquire data from the WRCTV and Holualoa School .
4. From the Station Manager Window Groups column, select Internet Realtime Group.

5. From the right window, select WRC-TV (WRCTV).
6. Click on Station Manager from the menu bar and drag to Stations and then Call Station. The software will acquire and download your data.

   

7. Locate Holualoa School (HLULA) in the right window and follow the same procedure as you did for the WRCTV (WRCTV). (Station Manager/Stations/Call Station)
