Gray + Gray + Gray = Color

In conjunction with their Sound and Light unit, students used NIH Image software to examine digital color images to see how they are created. They learned that each pixel is a mixture of red, green and blue light. Students also discovered the difference between mixing paint colors and colors of light. They also discovered by mixing all three colors of light we get white.
