Forming a Custom Group of Stations

• Under the Station Manager menu select Groups and drag to Add Group.
• Enter a name for the group. (i.e. Our Weather Group)
• For training purposes, select the following stations for Our Weather Group.
  • (HLULA) Holualoa Elementary
  • (BXSCI) Bronx HS of Science
  • (RSTON) U.S. Geological Survey - Reston
  • (CPMAY) Cape May Technical
  • (VIENA) Flint Hill ES - Vienna
  • (WRCTV) WRC T.V. - Washington, D.C.
• Select the station names you wish to add to the group by clicking on its name and then clicking the Add button. After adding all the stations, click OK. Your custom weather group is now added to the list of all the groups in the Station Manager.

Acquiring Data For Your Custom Group

• At the Station Manager window, make sure you have selected Our Weather Group.
• From Station Manager in the menu bar, click and drag to Groups and slide to Call Active Stations.
• Now it's time to take a break while the computer downloads your station information.
