Chip& Friends is a video with a delightful cast of puppet
characters: Chip, Silicon Sylvie, Sandy Software, and Gooseberry, and
their encounters with villain Dirty Dan. Through a series of
vignettes, children learn important lessons about using computers
responsibly. With Chip & Friends, children learn how to take care
of computer equipment, how to handle disks properly, the importance
of saving and backing up their computer files, what passwords are and
how to protect them and the importance of respecting other's privacy,
electronic property, copyright, and ownership of electronic
information.
